Not sure if it's under warranty or not, but de-soldering a worn out switch and re-soldering in a new switch is trivial for most mechanical keyboards.

Edit: Not sure about putting the space bar back on tho.

lol I just switched keyboards to my Ducky Shine 3 which apparently has something under the shift key

I figured it was something stuck under the space bar which in hindsight I should have just tapped it on the desk to get it out.

But theres no way that it's still under warranty and the mechanism to secure it is beyond obscure.

I'll have to google and look at it tomorrow in the day light

I do like this ducky but it's not 10 keyless and the razer kb has nicer switches that don't bottom out, as I'm typing this I think it's just the space bar that has an annoying thud

*edit: ok Now the shift key is better, pulled it off and took a tooth brush to it.  Turns out the switches are blue colored? Does that mean they're cherry MX blues? I thought they were red's

I have plenty of toys, I call my new project car #40ishNoWifeKidsChildSupportorAlimony = #Racecar

I've spent enough years with little and that includes mental capacity, things are better now and I feel like I'm 21 all over but fatter and older.  So yes I have 3 mechanical keyboards but I have been working either 60+hrs a week, working full time and school part time, working part time and school full time or working two 30hr a week jobs for as long as I can remember.

Razer uses Costar stabilisers. To get a stabilised key back on, remove the small keycap mount from the keycap, put it on the stabiliser wire the correct way, and carefully mount the keycap. It's not rocket science.

About 1:12 into the video, you'll see the keycap mount, and how to insert it.

Spoiler

WOW!!! Thank you! I never thought to take everything off of the space bar.  It looks like the two anchoring pieces work together to keep everything aligned?!?!!!!  The whole time I was fidgeting with it I thought..... "there must have been a simple way they did this in the factory".  But yes.... it IS rocket science because I never would have thought about that.  Thank you so much!!!!

Bonus point's, is there a way to make my ducky space bar not thunk?  Was my first mechanical keyboard and I love it but that thunk of the space bar is to much.

WOW      I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THAT WAS SO HARD?!!!!!?!!!!!!

I swear to heaven and earth that the way I have them installed now is upside down from when I took it out.  Once I figured it out it was indeed simple AF, once I had it figured out I could pull it out and put it back in repeatedly.  I guess I just saw two of the parts backasswards from how they're supposed to be and stuck with that.  Now though..... my spacebar makes an annoying click.  Anyways it probably didn't help that I'm drunk.......... but I know something isn't right now.

Anyways thank you seon for the video.  I'll dink with it more tomorrow

Get some stiff orings?  It'll might it slightly mushier like actual reds but it'll get rid of clack/clunk
