3 things that are troubling me.

1. I have a rx 570 that i benched and it was given a very poor rating not sure why

2. i just bought 3200mhz ram that when benched showed up as 2400mhz not sure why

3. tried to update my bios from the uefi and it doesnt work

I thought i had a handle on the pc i built but now im so confused.

UserBenchmark is unreliable, but it'll give you a decent ballpark estimate of how your system is performing against other mostly identical systems.

For GPU benchmarks, I run Unigine Heaven and Superposition. For CPU benchmarks, Cinebench R15.

You need to manually set it to 3200Mhz in your BIOS. I wouldn't worry about it for now, though.

That won't open for me.

Either way, check your score against another RX 570.
