How do I toggle FN Lock?

How do I toggle FN lock? I need to do so in order to use the F keys more efficiently without having to hold the FN key while I'm using them. My keyboard is Tecware Phantom TKL and my motherboard is Asus ROG Strix B450-E. Thanks!
