Loud Fan on start-up

If I turn my PC on, like half the time it will make a loud grinding noise, and it will continue to do this the entire time its on until I shut it down and turn it back on(restarting it will not fix the issue).
I can still change my GPU fan speed while its turned on and it doesn't seem to change the volume of the noise, so I can only assume its my CPU/case fans. I just find it strange how it doesnt do it all the time but if it does it doesn't stop.
Is this something to worry about or is it just something I should deal with and turn it off until it stops?

Sounds like one of the bearings is going bad.
