The NZXT H500 is good looking but the thermals are terrible and having suffered through using it I just can't recommend it. If you're looking for a good case around that sort of budget there are two I recommend at the moment.

$69.99(Non-RGB) - $89.99(RGB)  Phanteks P400A : https://www.newegg.com/black-phanteks-eclipse-p400a-atx-mid-tower/p/N82E16811854085

$95(White) - $110(Black) Fractal Design Meshify C https://www.amazon.com/Fractal-Design-FD-CA-MESH-C-WT-TGC-Computer-Case/dp/B07BPP9KYD/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=meshify&qid=1568657086&sr=8-1

It's a great case.

The Compact ATX term means its a small sized case that supports ATX. Yes, that PSU will fit In it.
