No post please help

hey people i have a question... built a new ITX build benchmarked just fine. replaced ram so instead of 16g it had 32g. benchmarked fine. went into bios and changed ram speed to the 3200mhz the ram is instead of the 2133mhz the mobo defaulted to. restarted pc, went to go benchmark, got black screen. ive tried everything i can think of from different ram to clrCMOS. but it still will not post.... any help would be apperciated. I've tried everything in the no post thread. This is the 2nd psu, ive tried 3 dirrernt types and speed of ram. Almost forgotnthe details 2700x amd, 1tb m.2, 2080, 32g of 3200mhz ram

what is the speed of the ram supposed to be at?  like what is it rated for

set xmp instead of setting it manually to 3200
