Why is it doing this ???

So my pc blue screens a lot when im watching yt but not playing games

 

The error code: atikmdag.sys 

 

I might get an rx570 to see if it fixes this problem

 

3400g

x570 Aorus elite

2x8 corsair vengance 3200, but already lowered to 3000 previously.

CPU: Amd Ryzen 3400g 

COOLER: Be Quite Dark Rock Pro 4

MOBO: Aorus x570 elite 

RAM: 2x8 Corsair Vengence 3200 MHz 

SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB

GPU: Powercolour Red Devil RX570 4GB

PSU: Corsair RM750x 80+ Gold

CASE: Coolermaster H500p Mesh

With that error code, it looks like bad video drivers. Go download DDU here: https://www.guru3d.com/files-tags/download-ddu.html and run it. Make sure to disconnect your internet connection before restarting after running it and reinstall the drivers so windows doesnt try and install its own junk.

its a brand new pc tho its like 2 weeks old i dont see how it could have a bad driver, but i will do it later

likely a corrupt download or it didnt install correctly.

Right, but DDU wipes any trace of it from existence from your system, thus why its recommended to use DDU instead of windows to uninstall and reinstall it.

You need the latest driver for the APU
