GTX2070 (compared to 2080ti) better for Minecraft why...?

I'm new to all of this.. I just bought a gaming laptop (I travel) so I decided to learn a little bit about this kind of stuff. Anyway, why are the frame rates better for Minecraft with the RTX2070 over the 2080Ti (userbenchmark)? Just tech-curious

I think you posted the wrong image, also your question is confusing. To try and answer, Minecraft is more CPU intensive then it is GPU wise *except when using shaders so it would be the CPU not the GPU causing the FPS Issues
