Reset the BIOS and if you want that 2700x working, update the BIOS. It's likely the current one is an old one and has no clue wtf a 2700x is so it panicks. A BIOS update solves this.

 

edit: update the BIOS while the 1200 is installed.

If you didn't update the BIOS prior to putting in the new CPU, that board would not recognize that CPU. It needs the BIOS update to be compatible with newer Ryzen chips. See if your board has the USB BIOS flashback feature, as that will allow you to update the BIOS with no CPU.
