As far as I can find, no one makes an adapter you can buy to do this, so you will have to make your own.

You will need to measure the output from the Xbox to see what voltages go to each wire, once you know that, cut off one end of the connector and solder it to what ever connector you are wanting to use, and hook them up to power supplies with the proper voltages. If you are lucky and it uses 3.3/5/12v, then just adapt it to a Molex or Sata power connector.

Sometimes the PCB will have very small printing on it saying what each pin is, other times you just have to continuity check and do some guessing based on other components and their data sheets to see what each pin would be. Say the fourth pin in the top row of that harness continuity checks to the first pin of a EEPROM inside the drive, the data sheet of that EEPROM may say its the VCC pin and its a 3.3v chip, so you'd know that pin needs 3.3v. I've also seen boards with test points and the voltage printed next to them, it will say something like "TP13_3.3" then you can continuity check that back to the power input pin.

hello

one of my friend that had an xbox and the board was dead gave me his xbox cuz im kinda a tech guy who likes to open and know whats inside and stuff

i opened the xbox and im using the hard drive on my pc and i also found a bluray drive which has a sata and one other port that isnt sata power connector that we use on pcs

idk what it is and i really want to test that drive on my pc with a convertor if i can

so is there any convertor for it?

Figure out the pinout, chop one end off, and solder it to whatever connectors you want to use.

It looks like JST SHD series connectors, but the side is a little different...
