FPS droped after installing latest drivers

So last week I installed the newest driver on my pc but before doing that I had games install on my pc like MH:W and PUBG and it was stable at 60 fps with med to high settings
but soon after I installed the drivers both og MH:W and PUBG droppped below 20 fps need help

Specs:
Ryzen 3600 

AsRock x570 PG4

Corsair Vengance 2x8 3200
Gigabyte rx570 4gb

rolled back graphics driver and its fine now

DDU the drivers and install the older ones?

I dont think it should have that much impact but :

if you had game profiles in the drivers to reach that fps the driver update maybe done a reset so check that out !
