Webcam stuttering?

Hi guys so im having another issue with my webcam. Basically in streamlabs i use a green screen with the c922 pro stream webcam. Now when playing a demanding game ill be all outta sync and laggy even if i put my webcam to low resolutions like really low. And it says its using my graphics card to do that. 

How in the world am i suppose to stream any game and play if my gpu is trying to do my webcam and my game. I thought webcams ran independent?

Idk what to do some people say change video format to mjpeg but i only have options for XRGB, NV12, and YUY2?

Anyways pc specs are

Ryzen 7 1800x OC @3.9ghz

16gb 3200mhz ram dual channel 

RTX 2060 6gb

ASUS ROCK b450pro mobo

650 watt psu

1 nvme m.2

2ssds

1 hard drive

If anyone could explain this it would be great or give me some help i just dont understand why its not running independent or whatever because i have another like c920 webcam that works fine and doesnt create this lag or stutter while streaming with the green screen?
