Hey guys so I got a Dell Optiplex 3020 MT motherboard to upgrade my older pc. I have an aftermarket case that I want to use but I know Dell has some really weird proprietary cabling for their power button and front header. I was wondering if you guys can help me out figure out the pin out for those 2.

It's probably labeled on the motherboard or in a service manual you can probably find online.

Why would you buy an OEM motherboard to upgrade a PC? You'd think it would be the other way around, buying a new motherboard and putting it in an OEM case...

Well my older pc is literally shit. So I was able to trade some stuff for this pc cuz I honestly don't have any money for this right now. So I basically just need the pin out but ive been looking everywhere and have found some help info but I just basically need confirmation.

Well, try it. Worst case scenario it doesn't work.
