PC Beeping when in some games.

Hi guys, For a while now and im not 100% sure when it started my PC has been bleeping at me when under load in games. Some games its fine it wont bother it but others it will do a short beep every 15-30secs. Once the game is closed and the PC seems to cool down it stops. None of the temps i see seem "too high" but im not 100% sure what it is and it is starting to worry / annoy me at the same time. I gave the good PC a good clean today but it still does it. 

 

PC specs are 

 

CPU - i5 6600K (Stock speeds) Cooled with a Kraken X62 sits around 20-25c when idle fan speed is around 500RPM

    In a game that causes beeps i load at like 40-45c max...but CPU seems fine

 

GPU - MSI 970 sitting around 45c when idle no fan on. 

   In a game that causes beeps iv seen it hit around 75c max and a pretty hit 80%ish load, clock speed maxes out.

 

Mobo - Asus Z170 Pro (Never updated a bios im to scared to)

 

 

Now im not sure if the chips around the CPU are getting hot when in games.. im so confused and its really weird.
