Better software for backups, and fully transferring all of the programs to a new drive

My company has been using Fab's autobackup for a while and we just want something better. We have EaseUS too but it's just meh, we also tried laplink because a customer wanted us too and it was awesome it's just super expensive. Any suggestions?
