600W is enough wattage, but that is NOT a good quality psu. replace it with something decent like a seasonic focus+, corsair rmx, corsair txm, evga G+ etc etc.

That is just a suggestion but if it can play games no problem then you can continue using it till you can buy a decent psu to replace it. otherwise honestly it should be fine and shouldnt catch fire.

I've fired up my game just now and I've noticed some screen tearing when my character walks around (is that bad??) and my GPU memory just jumped to 7001 MHz and GPU core went to 1470 MHz while idle...Oh god, I just bought my GPU yesterday...

1. Did you plug everything correctly

2. Is your powersupply plugged in properly

You have to trouble shoot. As far as I am suspecting something is throttling majorly

Enable Vsync or adaptive sync (Gsync) if available on your monitor. Should stop the screen tearing.

I just uninstalled the GPU's driver and perform a clean install...It's back to 300-ish again...It's all good...

What is back to 300-ish again?

Regarding of your systems power draw it should be about max 300 W with your components when gaming/full load so wattage wise you are OK. Nothing you have is specially heavy on power, so no need to worry regarding that aspect. And none of the problem you have mentioned has anything to do with power delivery to your GPU or system as a whole.

I've mentioned previously that my  GPU memory wattage (I think that's the proper term for it?) just jumped to 7001 MHz and GPU core went to 1470 MHz while idle...So I've manage to reduce the wattage to 300-ish after performing a  clean install of the GPU's driver....
