I need fastest virtual machine apps for Android (ARM/x86). Is there any app which provides fastest virtual machine for high end Android devices?

If you want to run Android on your PC - Bluestacks.

If you want to do virtualization on your Android device - I don't think that's possible...

The only VM for Android is Limbo, and it's not very good. It's fun to mess around with, but if you're thinking of using your phone as a desktop, you'd be better off using Linux in a Chroot with Linux Deploy.

Yeah it depends on your intention. There are x86 versions of the Android software intended for developers. They run more smoothly than any ARM emulator. All through Android Studio

If your plan is to run desktop software on Android you're pretty much out of luck I think.  Because of the x86/ARM instruction set difference, it's not just a VM, more of emulation, and the performance to do that just isn't there.
