You do not need 3600 CL16 Ram. It is stupidly overpriced. Just get a set of Crucial Ballistix Sport LT and overclock it. It will cost less than half the price.

Hmmm, use PC Part Picker to narrow down the kits. Alternatively, you can get a CL17 or 18 kit and try to manually tighten the timings.

There is a cl17 kit but ill do some digging and try to find a cl16 tho im not sure its worth it if im paying more for ram and less for my cpu if could pay less if i go with Intel

And thats really confusing for me because i dont want to make a mistake i will regret

Intel also benefits from fast RAM with low latency - Ryzen simply benefits more.

I found the corsair kit u linked me tho its 255

nah, dont overspend - you can manually lower the timings further if you get lucky. I think Buildzoid has a good Crucial kit that does insanely low timigns in his videos. Look for that one

That looks good. Do look at Buoldzoids memory pick, though. He really praised the hell out of that Crucial kit. Maybe it's even cheaper

i took a look at the benchmarks and apart from CB and some other render tests the avg fps in games is like under or 10% so its safe to say that the 3700x is looking like the strongest option

If you are wanting RGB then something like this would be fine. You can always use Ryzen DRAM calculator to overclock it.

There is also Corsair Vengeance and G.Skill Trident Z as well on that site.

Yeah, the 3700X is extremely good value. To think that 2 years ago you had to pay 1000$ for the i7 6900K if you wanted a proper 8 core. We've come a long way

Looks good tho would it be easyer to oc the timing or frequency
