Yes, you can absolutely use them - if the RAM is slow it may affect the CPU performance slightly but nothing more than 3-4%

yh lmao. i might have to get a company or something to do it for me. cause i can add parts to a pc. i added a PSU and ram to my current one. but i cant build from scratch. do u know any websites or companies that setup pc's?

You can usually find a local repair shop that will do it for 40-50 quid
