Just fine one of the MSI B450 boards with USB bios flash back, and at least a 4 phase VRM with a heat sink

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Just check the MSI website for a given board

Just don't buy the absolute cheapest one pretty much.

It depends on what specs do you want exactly. If you prefer something cheap but simple, I would suggest you this one: Asrock B450 Pro4. I think it's pretty good for it's money. Now you only have to check if it's available in your country

that one does not have the correct BIOS. and wont work out of the box.

it depends on how new it is

its still fairly close to launch of third gen. so saying it doesnt have the correct BIOS is fairly accurate.

there is the B450m AC from ASrock which is 90% sure has the correct BIOS. then again. the Max boards from MSI are fairly closely priced to that one.

I'd recommend a B450 tomahawk max if this fits within your budget

In my country, you can ask at the service of a store to do the bios update so you can get the 3rd gen Ryzens run. I don't know if the service of any store in your country does that, but you can always ask

But the prices here are pretty high. In other countries the same Motherboard or other piece can cost cheaper

Import from a european country. Being in the EEA/EU there wont be any import fees.
