Hi,

I have a Vega 56 that I slightly undervolted and slightly overclocked. It works fine most of the time but over the past it froze about 3 times when playing GTA V. It doesn't restart, the screen just turns black, the MSI logo stays lit but the LED indicated the current usage all turn off. There is no overheating issues and it sometimes happen with the GPU running at 50% or so. It might be due to the undervolting but I'm able to run 3DMark with no issues and game without issues most of the time. Any idea how to troubleshoot the issue? I'm attaching screenshots of my Radeon settings.

Thanks

@IAmAndre ,  Do you still have the same issue when running the GPU at default settings?

Well, again it only happened 3 times in 1-2 months so I can't tell for sure if it doesn't happen at default settings. However at default settings I have power issues because the GPU is drawing too much power over a single ray, which causes restarts.

First thing i'd do is reset your OC , then apply your undervolt settings but not as much this time, like 75% of what you had before and use it like that for a while and see how it goes.

Some Vegas will struggle with 950 mem.  Also if the PSU is struggling then i'd suggest looking for a new one.
