the KF doesn't have integrated graphics

Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen R7 3700X @4.4Ghz, GPU: Gigabyte RX 5700 XT, RAM: 32 GB (2x 8GB Trident Z Royal + 2x 8GB TForce Vulkan Z) @3000Mhz, Motherboard: ASRock B550m Steel Legend, Storage: 1x WD Black 1Tb NVMe (boot) + 1x Samsung 860 QVO 1Tb SSD (storage), Case: Thermaltake Core V21, Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

Intel processors with an F don't have integrated graphics

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Supposedly it not having an iGPU will make it run cooler/can OC further. But I don't think it matters too much in terms of that - still a hot CPU.

So yes, that's the only difference.

 

If there is a significant price difference (the KF being cheaper), it might be worth it. But if you're planning on video editing using Adobe Premiere or stream/record using OBS it might not be.

personally wouldn't buy an intel (well, right now at all, but besides the point) without integrated graphics
