The RX5700 looks like a good bet, that or a 2060.

You really should add an SSD.

Ok ty is it a good idea to get a 256gb sata ssd and take advantage of storeMI?

I wouldn't bother. Just get an SSD for the OS. If you can swing it, a 500GB is a better bet. Then you can fit some games on it.

some slight tweaks, you can save money on the motherboard and power supply to spend on the CPU, then you can get an SSD as a boot drive and for most used programs.

unless you're getting that G3 on a really good sale, this Bitfenix formula gold is a much better choice.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Nooo, your friend is not giving you a good build at all. That is very unbalanced and wasteful. Even with a 2080 Ti you don't need more than 500W. 750W is absurd and a waste of money. Get a Be Quiet Straight Power 11 Gold 500W. It's more than enough and cheaper.

Also ditch the HDD and get a 1TB Western Digital Blue SSD. Also replace the 2600X with a 3600X and see about getting a 1660Ti or 5700

Regardless, the EVGa unit is overpriced. Get a Bitfenix or Be Quiet as mentioned

not just overpriced... the g3 1000w version died in aris's opp testing... not something I'd recommend

my take here
