I need to know if these parts are compatable and are they a good build for the price.

Looks okay, but I would consider a different manufacturer for the SSD. I don't recognize the make, and at that capacity, the price is suspiciously low.

Main PC:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X • Noctua NH-D15 • MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk • 2x8GB G.skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16 • MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 3070 OC • Samsung 970 Evo 1TB • Samsung 860 Evo 1TB • Cosair iCUE 465X RGB • Corsair RMx 750W (White)

Peripherals/Other:

ASUS VG27AQ • G PRO K/DA • G502 Hero K/DA • G733 K/DA • G840 K/DA • Oculus Quest 2 • Nintendo Switch (Rev. 2)

Laptop (Dell XPS 13):

Intel Core i7-1195G7 • Intel Iris Xe Graphics • 16GB LPDDR4x 4267MHz • 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD • 13.4" OLED 3.5K InfinityEdge Display (3456x2160, 400nit, touch).

Got any questions about my system or peripherals? Feel free to tag me (@bellabichon) and I'll be happy to give you my two cents.

PSA: Posting a PCPartPicker list with no explanation isn't helpful for first-time builders :)

the cpu isn't supported on the stock bios for that board , if the boards bios is still the original from the factory the machine might not post

how would I resolve that problem or should I get another board.

the boards bios would have to be updated with a compatible cpu installed first , or you'd have to select a board that already had compatibility with that cpu on it's original bios

do you have any suggestions for another board also is says the ram is out of stock what replacements would you recommend.

the B450-A Pro has bios flashback so if it doesn't work, download the BIOS files and place them in a thumbdrive, then insert it into the motherboard's USB port and push the bios flashback button.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Build looks good to me....

Mobo needs a BIOS update for that CPU to work on it. But tht Mobo has bios flashback, meaning the bios of that Mobo can be updated without the need of a compatible CPU.

That ram is currently out of stock. I'll recommend something like this...

SSD TIER LIST

CPU - Ryzen 7 3700X

Memory - G.Skill Trident Z RGB (8x2 3200MHz)

Storage - Sabrent Rocket 1TB - Seagate Barracuda 2TBWD Black 1TB

GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 980Ti LIGHTNING

CaseFractal Design Meshify C

PSUSuper Flower Leadex II Gold 650W

Just because YOU haven't heard about a brand doesn't make the model bad. It's a Phison E12 drive, the same as Corsair MP510, Inland Premium, Silicon Power A80, and many others. E12 drives mainly compete with the 970 evo/plus series, with similar(-ish?) performance for significantly cheaper.

Seriously, if you don't know, then you could just not comment or at the very least ask. But then you had to spread misinformation in this thread, possibly inducing OP into making a worse choice!

There's a bit to unpack here, and I'm not gonna engage with that sort of open hostility, but I will say this. Turns out, they are a reasonably reputable company, but my second point still stands. Even now in 2019, when SSD prices are the lowest they've ever been, 50 bucks for a 512GB, M.2, NVME SSD is still suspiciously low. Now, I'm not saying that the SSD is going to explode when you put it into your PC. Most likely, it'll work just fine! But, you might have to deal with lower than expected transfer speeds or other issues. When buying electronics, my philosophy has always been that cheap =/= good, and it has yet to fail me.

Main PC:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X • Noctua NH-D15 • MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk • 2x8GB G.skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16 • MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 3070 OC • Samsung 970 Evo 1TB • Samsung 860 Evo 1TB • Cosair iCUE 465X RGB • Corsair RMx 750W (White)

there's 7 NVME 500gb SSDs that costs the same $60 as the sabrent rocket, and another 6 more after just a $5 bump. that's not abnormal pricing at all.

It was $60. And the price doesn't matter as long as the drive is good. The Sabrent Rocket 512gb at $1 would still be as reliable as the Sabrent Rocket at $60.

So you decided to completely ignore half of my comment?
