Nope. Unless you did some kind of hardware modification (some kind of mod chip) you're perfectly safe.

the only way that you can get banned is if you modify the firmware of the DVD, and then using a burned DVD online

what you did is broke the seal of microsoft, so if your console breaks and you want to send it back for repair the warranty do not apply

They cannot tell if a disk based game is legitmate or not if the iso hasn't been modified and the disk tray is always shown as closed they will have no way of knowing you swapped the disk. You are wrong

You are good to go. I recently took apart my Xbox 360 to fix an overheating issue and didn't get banned.

My friend used to pirate games since he had a flashed xbox/dvd drive (whatever it was).  The only way he got banned is if he tried to play a game before release day.  You could still play offline though, so I played Black Ops Zombies 3 days before it came out.

Linux "nerd".  If I helped you please like my post and maybe add me as a friend :)  ^_^!

really? how can you tell ppl being banned from XBL in the past years?

Consoles can be suspended or banned from Xbox Live for a number of reasons including, but not limited to:

Console tampering: Physically opening the Xbox and modifying it to play illegitimate software.

Online fraud: Attempting to social engineer users, take over Xbox Live accounts, or other fraudulent activities.

Repeat egregious violations: Multiple actions taken on accounts on the console by the Enforcement team for disrupting the service or impacting users.

How do you detect modified consoles?

There are many factors that lead to the ban of a console and we do not publicly disclose any of those details.

If a console is banned, what happens to the warranty?

If a console has been modified or tampered with, the warranty is void and the console is ineligible for an authorized repair, even for a fee. Please refer to the Xbox 360 console warranty on Xbox.com.
