H60 Problem

So I recently installed a 2018 H60 onto a R5 3600. When I booted up into the bios, my cpu idle temp is at 49C. Is this normal? I have switched around the connectors and even wiped off the thermal paste and reapplied mx-4. Thanks

I understand Ryzen 3 Idle voltages are quite high, and so it may be normal.

Ryzen 3XXX chips idle higher than intel chips so 49C seems reasonable. Does your CPU go over 90c with a realistic sustained load?
