If u intend to use the RTX 'features' then sure go for it, otherwise u should be able to pick up a used 1080ti cheaper.

If it still has a warranty, go for it. I would.

Dont buy used one because if it was used for mining that card will most likely to fail soon or surely will not perform in its fullest, because while mining cards run at 100% for long hours even days.
