So i installed the new AMD driver 19.8.2 and it worked fine for awhile then got into a faceit game my fps literally just died, got back into the game with the console and it was still the same, now i cant get normal FPS, and i checked the CPU usage and its only 40%~ which is bad i assume for a CPU intensive game ?, tried removing all launch options, re installing driver, re installing the game, nothing just unplayable, any ideas ?

Before i was playing with 240~ fps now i have 60-90, does anybody else have this issue ? before i was using 19.5.2 and i would have random FPS drops so i went to the most recent one and .... yeah just RIP
