first things first.... use pcpartpicker. it tells you about compatibility.

the cpu cooler will not work (wrong socket)

the 1080ti is overpriced. get the 2080 for the exact same performance but way cheaper

ram is overkill

x570 is useless for the parts you are putting in. get x470 and it will be the exact same but cheaper

what do you want to do with this pc and what do you have right now?

Hi I'm a noob PC builder and I need help, this is what I came up with so far. Is this all going to be compatible with each other? What do you think about the parts I chose

Howdy, welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately, there are a few problems with the build you've put together, from incompatible components to being excessive for most workloads. So, let's start with some questions to help figure out what might be a good PC.

What do you plan on doing with your system? Primarily gaming? Do you have any professional workloads you need to do on this desktop (and if so, what programs)? Is this going to be live streaming/recording at all?

How about budget? Do you have a set budget for the build you would like to stay under? Do you need any peripherals like mice, keyboards, or monitors in this budget? Do you already have components you plan on adding to this build, or is it all new?

Finally, do you have any real preferences? Brand loyalties, aesthetics, or even size preferences?

if you have to insist you think for yourself, i'm not going to believe you.

Welcome!

For starters, you posted in the wrong place. There's a section for builds and planning, I'd suggest posting there, but read the part that says "read me before posting" first. There are many questions you have to include in your post, that you didn't include in this one, that will greatly help us assist you.

Secondly, use PCPartPicker as others have recommended.

Third, answer the questions @Suika put forth.

You can't really say the RAM is overkill if you have no idea what he's using the PC for...

if he knew that its very likely that he would already know exactly what he wanted/needed. (but that is my assumption).

What? That makes no sense at all. It's about you not knowing what he's using the PC for, not him.
