So let me begin by saying I have been building since I was 13, I have put together almost a dozen rigs (For personal use), I'm 26 now and building what I now to believe is a demon PC lol.

I have recently put together a really high spec Ryzen and Nvidia Build.  However I have two houses that I bounce around from depending on where I am for work as I'm a commercial truck driver.

So I have built/rebuilt a second rig to stream/local play my steam games. Lord has this given me a run for my money and I can't figure out what the hell is wrong!

Hopefully y'all can help. Please if you have the time, follow me down this black hole....

NO MATTER WHAT I DO I GET A SHUT DOWN AND RESTART WHEN STARTING/ TWO MINUTES INTO MY FAVORITE GAME INSURGENCY SANDSTORM. I do not have this issue with my main rig.

I get into other games much longer but eventually it shuts down and restarts. I can run benchmarks no issues, I can use PC just fine... For the most part, if I play a game and it shuts down and restarts sometimes when I log in on that reboot it'll shut down again after entering login screen in Windows.....

I started with an old:

WINDOWS 10 1903 all updated with all correct drivers.

CASE (We will call this Case 1) - NEW

I5-8400 (With a bad graphics card I assume, no display) - USED

H310M Board - NEW

8GB Vengeance LPX 3000 running at 2166 - NEW

Antec 500 PSU - NEW

120 GB Crucial SSD - NEW

1 TB WD HDD - USED

Intel Cooler - USED

XFX AMD 590 Fatboy - NEW

PLENTY OF FANS

No over heating however that is if you consider pinned at 85°C on GPU normal like AMD does......

When I started having these issues I figured it was a bad/under powered PSU. So I replaced it with a Corsair 750 - NEW.

Then it continued, so I thought maybe a bad PCIE or COU Socket, So I replaced the motherboard... Z390 Mortar - NEW

Continued so I figured it was a CPU (no graphics may have been bigger underlying issues.) So I swapped with a I3-9100F - NEW

Continued so I figured it was the Graphics card, called XFX, sent old one, it passed however they agreed to RMA anyways and send a brand new one... NEW GPU

CONTINUED! So I thought maybe bad SSD, swapped with a 256GB NVME. - NEW kept the 1TB WD HDD

CONTINUED,  so I swapped ram, got a brand new pack of the Vengeance 3000 but got 16GB in case it was a issue running out of ram (At this point I figured I'm pretty much building a new PC and sported a few extra bucks for a new Case (CASE 2)

CONTINUED, so this whole time I've been rocking the same Intel Cooler seeing as though I have not over clocked and figured it was alright seeing as though temps were around 32° Idle, 72° was the highest with CPU pinned on a few benchmarks. I swapped with a Cooler master and replaced the thermal paste and it came down a few degrees as expected from going aftermarket highest jumps to 69°

Continued, so I swapped the 1 TB Western Digital HDD with a Seagate 2TB

Continued, so I figured I'd try everything I could think of extra, checked all wires, pins, wiped clean and tried 18xx windows 10, tried windows insider releases,
Tried with and without AMD adrenaline drivers, tried AMD Radeon Lite drivers.

Swapped keyboards, mouses, WiFi adapters, PSU wire to the wall...... EVERYTHING! ITS GO TO BE SOMETHING driver related thats beyond my reach. No overclocks at all. Please help me!

Current setup:

Windows 10 Insider build

I3-9100F

Z390 Motar

16GB Vengeance 3000 @ 2166

750 Corsair PSU

256GB NVME

2TB HDD

XFX AMD 590 Fatboy

Aftermarket cooler

So thats's your current system and every part is new at this point and you're still having what issue?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Issue is shutdown and restarts. Constant. And all windows says for a crash report is "unexpected shutdown"

Did you try a different power outlet? I have no idea why you would keep having issues after replacing the whole PC.

Yes, two diff houses/ many diff outlets to be specific. Been on this for the last two months.

Did you try running it without the case? It might be causing a short somehow
