I have a Dell 5767 i5 7th gen, 7200U. Everytime I open task manager, I always find the disk space at 100%. It usually taken up by windows services like "SysMain" and a service just called "System". I obviously can't end these tasks. I tried everything from changing regedit keys to getting it repaired it at Dell (btw,Dell just replaces the hard drive for every single problem you have). Also, Chrome takes this much space without hardware acceleration. I have 8GB of ram. Please Help.

Yea, but it's being overworked. Is there anything I can do to lower it? Something to reduce the amount of space chrome takes up because my computer gets really slow when its being used at its maximum. Also, its almost always a constant 100%, which is not good.

That is normal, some programs are resource hogs. The only thing you could do is have less programs opened in the background, or get an SSD or NVME if your laptop has space for it.

I love that your HDD is already peaking at 4MB/s - even a USB drive is faster than that. Uninstall that bad anti virus cr*p and get a good SSD or something. You also might consider switching to a leightweight Linux distro to minimalize System usage.

What is Distro? Also, is McAfee that bad in your opinion? Because I don't have another AV except McAfee. Also, I am using a laptop. I know I can replace the HDD or something for the SSD but I don't really feel comfortable doing that. Do you think that with a Dell warranty, they would be willing to replace it for an SSD?
