Hi, I'm having some problems w/ my PC that I built early last year in China (sorry for the long post in advance). The PC was working fine this afternoon, and after I leave to do some homework, I needed to go google some maths question (pls don't judge lol). The display went to sleep from before, but now I couldn't get it to display again. I rebooted, and it went onto the recovery page (with the code 0xc000000f: A required device isn't connected or couldn't be accessed). There, I couldn't go into any of the settings and configure anything (if I tried any of the function keys it would make a black flicker on my screen or just shut down the entire computer again). I can still go into the BIOS, so I set everything to default, which didn't help. I then reseated the ram, and took out my GPU, checked all the SATA connections and that didn't do anything. Then I spent 2 hrs making a win10 recovery USB with my school mac (which was not very pleasant), but now I could get automatic repairs going. That couldn't fix it, so I tried to boot into safe mode, but it just restarted my computer, and did nothing, I was at the same screen as before. I tried all the things I can from this website: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/automatic-repair-couldnt-repair-pc , but none of that worked as well. I can still access command prompt and some other stuff, but nothing that can tell me whats wrong. I'm really tempted to reset my PC (since I don't have many really important applications) to see if that would fix the problem. Is there anything I can do before I reset? I won't have much time to fix it until about the same time tomorrow, and I would really appreciate it if you can give me some tips on what to do. Thanks for the help in advance.

Specs: 8700k(was OC'd to 5GHz), Prime Z370-P, 16GB kingston @ 2400 mhz, Colourful 1070Ti, some sketchy Chinese 120GB SSD that worked fine for 2 yrs (nearly filled), 250GB WD Blue M.2 SATA, WD blue 1TB 7200RPM and a 600W unbranded Chinese PSU with no 80+ rating and rlly bad 12V lines.
