Just built my new pc and it won’t boot

So I built my new pc today and it has a 3700X with a r9 270 (temporary) on the msi gaming edge WiFi X570 and it won’t boot. On the ez debug lights the dram light is on which in the manual means my ram isn’t working, I have the F4-3200C16D-16GVKB gskills V 3200 kit and the manual is useless for getting it working, does anyone have any suggestions?

This, and/or reseat your CPU, as I keep reading on various forums that sometimes Ryzen CPUs don't make full contact with all the pads properly, causing memory channels to mysteriously not work.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, RTX2060) Mobile: OnePlus 5T | Koodo - 75GB Data + Data Rollover for $45/month
Laptop: Dell XPS 15 9560 (the real 15" MacBook Pro that Apple didn't make) Tablet: iPad Mini 5 | Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 10.1
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 | Panasonic TS20D Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)
