Looking for a new work laptop

Hi everyone! I'm new here and specifically just made an account because I thought this was a great place to ask for recommendations. I hope you guys can recommend one based on the details below.

Per title, I am currently looking for a new work laptop. I need one with a long battery life and, while work is mostly responding to emails (tech support), I still need it to be powerful enough because I need more than a few apps running at the same time.

My work environment requires me at least two separate web browsers, a notepad (the kind with bells and whistles), a notebook app, a PDF reader, Skype, Microsoft Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel. Depending on the period at work, I could need all of these running at the same time. Also, I would occasionally need to edit videos for work projects.

A lightweight would be preferable as I travel around and could use a lighter one than what I am currently using. Speaking of which, I am currently using an ASUS X455LF with an extra 4 gigs RAM added as an upgrade. It is doing OK, but I have been using it almost daily for over three years and has slowed down despite the upgrade. (It also needs some repairs, but I can't send it out for service without an alternative to use for work.)

I went around the city a couple days ago and these were what looked good: a Lenovo 330S and a Dell IN7472. (These are among the recommended by the shop people.) My budget is maxed at US$1000.

Thank you.

Like 4 hours, but if it can only do that many, it will need to be able to charge back fast. I don't know if it's asking for the impossible to ask for it to charge back in one hour. So, maybe, 6 hours. It would be great if it can do a full 8 hours, though. That said, this is very open for options/negotiation/compromise because I am very concerned about price.

I am from the Philippines.

Are you buying in your country? If yes, could you provide budget in local currency and also some links of online stores?

Yes, I intend to buy from a local store, but I wouldn't mind ordering from abroad if it would be cheaper. In local currency, it would be about Php 50,000. This is the main online shop here: https://www.lazada.com.ph/.
