weird line on bottom of the screen

hi i have tcl 55dp600 tv, when my pc is connected to it screen has this wierd line down right of the screen, gpu: gt 1070 dont know the brand of hdmi cable, the line is not always there just sometimes. 4k resolution and hdr on

Can you adjust screen size in Nvidia control panel?

solved it, changed color from rgb to ycbcr444 in nvidia control panel and it seems to fixed it
