It also needs to run rainbow six on medium settings 1440p at stable 150+fps.

I think as a whole, Germany has really good deals (maybe the best) for European parts.

i think his build isn't bad but the motherboard isn't guaranteed to support the 3600 out of the box and i'm not really sure about the psu. If you want to save a bit you can get the case he suggested, for the rest i'd get what stormseeker suggested

My bad, OP can either choose a tomahawk max + ATX case for the 3600 or swap the 3600 with a 2600.

Upgraded CWT GPS platform. It's near the top (if you consider whisper m/rmx to be the top) but according to Stefan Payne the multirail config can cause issues on Vega. However the GPU i chose is the rx 5700 XT which is limited to 250W, so OP should be fine.
