Hello everyone i need opinion which of these 2 gpu's to buy for my build.I'm planning to buy r5 3600 on tomahawk b450 motherboard?

- Gigabyte Radeon RX 590 Gaming 8GB GDDR5 DVI/HDMI/3xDP RGB VR Ready DX12 WINDFORCE 2X

- MSI Radeon RX 590 ARMOR 8GB GDDR5 OC DVI/2xHDMI/2xDP VR Ready DX12 Torx Fan 2.0

None Get a vega 56 pulse used or new
