ray tracing locked?

I just upgraded to an rtx 2060 super and ray tracing is locked in every game but dx12 and dlss works... Am i missing something?

You need to be on Windows 10 version 1809 or later for DXR to be available.

 

You may also need to update drivers.

drivers are up to date how do i get that version of windows i checked for updates and im up to date

Go to Settings -> Systems -> About. Look for  "Version" in the "Windows Specifications" section.

I have updated everything and ray tracing is still locked for me and i have an rtx 2070
