Nvidia Boost

Hello All!

So yesterday i was reading an article about Nvidia and the new driver 436.02.

They are saying that it boost (bby quite a lot, don't remember) the speed of their cards for sure the new Turin.

I have the MSI 2070 oc, those days i am playing 2~3 games! And i really saw a good improvement

For me it's somewhat hit and miss. I saw a really nice improvement in Forza Horizon 4 (went from 1080p medium-high + lens FX and shaders? at their highest with FPS dips in more taxing areas to 1080p high/lens fx+setting I'm forgetting at their highest being a solid 60FPS 99% of the time, still completely shits itself at the top of Arthur's Seat). However in AC Origins now I have some fairly sporadic drops whereas before I didn't (1080p very high, 30FPS lock).

 

The one that really surprised me was Insurgency Sandstorm with the ultra low setting for the low-lag mode. I really didn't expect it but the controls really tightened up. Still doesn't hold a candle to Source Insurgency, but now I actually enjoy mouse+kb in it.
