Need For Speed Payback cannot launch.

So I downloaded R. G. Mechanics's Repacked (cracked and compressed) Version of NFS Payback Deluxe Edition. I installed it completely, along with all other 'required' stuff like Visual C++ Redist Redistributables.

But then, when I tried loading the game, it showed an error message box saying that I was 'missing api-....convert-|1-1-0.dll'. I looked it up on Google for solutions, then I tried reinstalling all of my VC Redist Redistributables and even downloaded the required dll file.

It was then when a new message box showed up: 'needforspeedpayback.exe procedure entry point ucrtbase.atoi could not be located in dynamic library api...convert-|1-1-0.dll'. This time, there was absolutely no information whatsoever about this 'ucrtbase.atoi' on Google.

I tried reinstalling my VC Redists and even installing newer versions, but in vain. it just couldn't fix my problem. The game still could not be launched, and the same box showed up.

If anyone knows how I can fix this problem, I will be very thankful.

 

Edit: EA doesn't provide any help guidelines for the game not launching,  even for the genuine Origin versions. People also face this kind of problem where the game doesn't start, even without a message box. 

And also I'm 15 and without a bank account. I'm saving for a new PC, but until then, I need this.

We don't support piracy here but we do support buying games for the price of a trip to Taco Bell. Just eat a salad for lunch today. It's worth skipping fast food for one day so you can afford a 2017 AAA video game.

I still need a solution for the dll problem for my other games, pirated or otherwise.

What other games? And you don't need a bank account to pay $4.99 for a video game online. You can go to any gas station and get a free PayPal card in which you can load money onto right there at the gas station. Then just use that card to buy the game online. $4.99 isn't that difficult to come up with and won't hold you back from building a new PC in any way.
