Just a little public service announcement from your ol' pal TheGlenlivet here.

When returning any storage media for whatever reason, make sure you delete the data you had stored on it.  Turns out, a lot of resellers will just turn around, rebox and resell the drive as "refurbished" as NewEgg did to me when I saved a few bucks and bought a refurbed HP M.2 SSD.  Imagine my surprise when I installed it and had my system boot into someone named Kimberly's windows install WITH NO PASSWORD AT LOGIN!!!

Lucky for her, Kimberly seems to live a pretty boring life.  No good pix, no banking info and she even uses Edge(!?!).

So in summary, make sure you delete and format drives when returning to a reseller or manufacturer.

I doubt Kimberly is reading this, unfortunately your PSA likely goes out to people who already know that they should do this.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
