ROG Strix motherboard,

Hello my name is Caleb and I'm building my first gaming rig. I saved up and bought the following. A ROG Strix Z390-E gaming motherboard, a I7 9700K cpu, MSI 2060 Rtx gpu, and a CX750M Corsair power supply. Along with a 2TB hard drive and 16 GB of ram. I put it together and it didn't boot. Any suggestions? This is what it looks like when trying to boot. Yes I wore an static discharge thing.

Right now it's just acting like a giant phone charger for my sister

What's the behavior of the PC when you try to boot? Did you ensure the ram are in the appropriate slots?

The light in the motherboard light up but the GPU fans don't spin up and nothing is displayed in my monitor.

Try re-seating the GPU and power cables. Also if you had photos of it, I may be able to locate the issue.

I did that multiple times. I also just took alot of the test bench apart for the night because I do have work tomorrow and I was getting a little to frustrated to continue
