Upgrade advice wanted

As I've been out of the loop for a while now, I was wondering if the community had some advice on what to upgrade best/first. My current build is the following:

I live in Belgium (French, Dutch and German sites also available normally), aim is to allow me to use my display to run some games in 3440x1440p although that may be too hard, so probably 1080p UW as an alternative. Lately been mainly playing Factorio, Civ and racing games but would like to get back into some good old RPG's (Witcher ofc and other suggestions welcome).

 

Budget is as tight as possible because while I have a good income, we have a baby on the way (gonna game while I can ). I have seen a used 1080TI for €380, seems a very good deal but out of the loop and I can imagine the card will be bottlenecked by the i5.

ryzen 3600,  5700xt  3200mhz ram or higher,

 

5700xt can handle 3440x1440 ( also 4k in quite a few games )

 

however ul need a better psu for a 5700xt

Grab that and then pick up a r5 3600 + b450 tomahawk max or any low end non-MSI/ASrock x570
