If you can only manage 120, I'd go to the used market and see if you can get like an rx 570 or 1050ti or something for that price. I wouldn't recommend the 1030 if I'm honest but it's there if you don't want to buy something used and can't afford the 570.

that said used market for a 570 or 1050 /1050 ti or 1060 3gb is probably a better investment.

Used GTX 970 (80-150 USD), I do not what they're  going for in Canada, look for local ads.
