do you plan on buying the ram new instead of used? Are you buying from the US?

@Fasauceome I am buying it used for £17. I am buying from the UK. I am thinking, is it better to spend the money on a good case or good hardware ?

Well, from the looks of your budget constraints, the hardware is all you can get. The motherboard doesn't even have a PCIe x16 slot so you must be paying pretty little for that (also note it'll inhibit graphics card additions)
