ryzen 3600

im getting the ryzen 3600 and a 5700xtGPU

and i was wondering what MOBO should i get? i was thinking an ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F GAMING (currently 25% off in sweden) would it work?

cause looking at the prices of the x570 boards i kind of dont want to put 200+ dollars on just a motherboard thats like the price of the processor. 

any feedback is appreciated

The X470 Strix is a bit better but not by much.. The real benefit of the Strix over the Tomahawk is the much better firmware and BIOS. Just tell the store to update the BIOS when buying and you're golden.

Basically just SLI support with the x470 chipset. But if they're the same price, then sure.
