1 week ago my monitor suddenly got these bubble spots and I can't see sometimes on that part of the screen because of those spots.

 I tried wiping it out but it doesn't wipe or move. I also tried searching but nothing I saw looked like this and I don't know whats the problem.

 

I attached a picture of what the monitor is and its pretty old.

 

Should I just buy a new monitor?

 

Also the spots can't be seen when the monitor is off and not emiting light.

Looks like adhesive got too warm and started to deteriorate

Panel is 10 years old, so I think this is the case indeed

I doubt its a adhesive / layer issue. If u cant see it at all when the screen is of its something to do with the pixels ..or software.

 

Can u try plugging it into another device instead of the PC. Like a console or cable box.
