Not really sure if this is where this thread goes but here it goes-
I currently have these specs-
CPU - Intel Core i5 9600k OC'd to 4.5 GHz
Mobo - MSI Gaming Edge something or other Z390
GPU - GTX 1060 6gb EVGA SSC (Main part of this post)
Is it worh upgrading to a RTX 2060? I hear that there are amazing performance boosts from 1060s but my main reason to upgrade is i'm on a budget and i want RayTracing (for minecraft, lol).
I built this computer in december- yes, i know. I bought the parts in November- and if I waited 1 more month I could have gotten RTX.

Current Rig:

Core i5 9600k

MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC

Corsair Vengeance RGB 32gb (4x 8gb)

Samsung 970 EVO 250gb m.2 SSD

WD Blue 1TB HDD

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Cooler Master Masterbox 5 White

EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SSC

Secondary/Backup rig

AMD Ryzen 3 2200g

16gb Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz DDR4

MSI yada yada B450

Corsair CX650m

Corsair 275x

XFX Radeon 560X 4gig

240gb SanDisk SSD

You can get minecraft RTX without a RTX card or even an RTX card. UFD tech did a video on it

That's not real RTX. Those are SEUS PTGI Shaders. I've tried those- I don't like them. They don't offer what I like on my 1060. I'll take a look into getting a 2060 super but depending on the price I might just end up with a 2060.
