My fn key is locked an I can't turn it off

Hi, I just bough this Chinese keyboard off of a website in my country and I can't turn off the fn Lock on my keyboard. I have tried everything online and I just can't turn it off. What's frustrating is that my escape key is the browser home key and i can't even press escape anymore. It's a Chinese Bluetooth keyboard modeled: BK3001BA
