Budget computer thoughts.

Im leaning towards buying this.

What ya guys think.  Im looking for something cheap for my dad to use to web browse.  He currently has a potato and I think this would be a step up from a potato.

Do you think there is better for the price?

Does it have to be a small one ? i would not buy that one there are cheap ones with ssds too and even in office use a ssd for the os is recommend ;)

....I mean...if you custom built you could get way better...but..if pre-built...its okay. I would definitely add a 120gb ssd for 20$

but...that same system..and systems like it(and better) are 100-120 USD shipped. in the US

a custom build with a athlon 220ge is around 250$ with 240ssd
same ($250cost)  with a r31200 if can get some sort of old or super cheap gpu locally$5

Do you think this will run at 4k alright.

(The Dell Optiplex 7010)

Im currently running a surface pro 4 with 4g of ram at almost 4k so Id at least want to this to be better ;)
